What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that utilizes specific points in your visual field to help process and heal trauma. It’s something we naturally do without even realizing it! For instance, when you recall what you had for breakfast, lunch, or dinner last night, did you notice your eyes move as you thought about it? This technique taps into the brain’s innate healing abilities, allowing you to access the resources you already possess within yourself.
